• Water heater maintenance (flushing of tank-type water heaters, or tankless maintenance including descaling heater exchanger, removing and cleaning filters, flame rods, fan motor, and using manometer to check gas pressure)
• Verify thermal expansion tank is in workable condition
• Test temperature and pressure relief valve (shall be tested annually per code)
• 5% discount on any plumbing installations (water/sewer line replacement, fixtures, water heater)
